You must request a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping. You may return the product to Zowa within 30 days of purchase as long as the product has not been used or damaged and so long as it meets the following conditions:
The product must be in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories along with a dated proof of purchase and price from an authorized dealer (eBay is not an authorizer dealer).
The product must be returned within 10 days of the issuance of the return authorization number.
We are unable to refund shipping charges. Zowa will issue full credit for the purchase price after receiving and inspecting your return.
